Dale Branch:
Do you have an old, faded, torn, or worn flag? You can drop it off at the Dale Branch of LHPL during our regular hours. The Official U.S. Flag Retirement Box is located between the card catalogs and the circulation desk. Once the disposal box is full, a member from one of the following organizations (American Legion, VFW, the Girl Scouts, or Boy Scouts) will collect the flags and hold a flag retirement ceremony.
