Namaste! Yoga at the Library is back! Join Stacie on Wednesday mornings STARTING  in May from 10:00-10:30 a.m. for YouTube Yoga. Stacie will be supervising the group while watching a YouTube lead yoga class.  This class will lead participants in yoga poses to create a mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, and balance.  Each session will last for a half hour and will be suited to all skill levels. Held in the Hoosier Room in the library basement.  

Registration is required, masks are highly recommended and a waiver of liability form must be filled out prior to participation.  Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes, bring your own yoga mat, towel, water bottle (you can fill it using our new touchless water bottle filler upstairs), yoga blocks and any other items you may want to use.
